Before canceling, let's talk! We can often reschedule your shipment or find an alternative solution that works better for you.

Rescheduling Options

Move your shipment to a more convenient date. Rescheduling fees are much lower than cancellation fees!

  • • Ocean Freight: $150 fee (if within 5 days)
  • • Air Freight: $200 fee (if within 48 hours)
  • • Land Transport: $75 fee (if within 48 hours)

Flexible Modifications

Change pickup locations, add stops, or modify cargo details with ease.

What's Not Refundable?

Some costs we can't refund because they've already been paid to third parties:

  • Government Fees: Customs duties, port charges, and terminal fees already paid
  • Insurance: Premiums already sent to insurance providers
  • Processing Fees: Documentation and handling charges
  • Storage: Warehouse fees already incurred

Unexpected Situations

Life throws curveballs. If something unexpected happens (natural disasters, emergencies, global disruptions), we're here to help.

In force majeure situations, we work with you individually to find fair solutions - whether that's rescheduling, partial refunds, or credit toward future shipments. Your satisfaction is important to us.
